The plug socket to charge was behind the TV, which was hard to use depending on your charger, food took quite long in the evening with order, but was nice.

The location was not bad it was near with the place where you can get nyama choma and diferent foods,the beds was not tight ,duvet cover was not clean soo they have to improve to the side of cleaness

The Grace land hotel is a very nice hostel both if your travelling with somebody or alone as its the perfect place to new meet people. The rooms are super nice and cozy and also very clean. The hotel is beautiful with a lot of nice places to chill and hangout, including a very nice little bar. The staff is super friendly and helpful! I really enjoyed my stay here and will definitely recommend this place if you are going to Arusha :-)

Staff was very professional and friendly, room was spacious and clean. One thing is to check the hot water boiler, it was not working in my room, either that or I did not know how to turn it on. Overall, it was excellent.

This property is great value for money! The restaurant serves good quality food and the man at reception was the nicest man who helped walk us to our early bus making us feel safe and secure! Great service!!

A very nice hotel with great view, happy and attentive personnel, delicious food, calm atmosphere and good location. We had our honeymoon there and everyone was so nice to us, special thanks to all staff who made this holiday most special. Definitely will visit again and highly recommended!

This is a fantasy hotel, with great service. Also it is the only hotel I stay in when I travel to Arusha. The staff are very friendly and trustworthy. I have never had any issues with safety and security. The rooms are clean. Moreover staff provide a great service. The hotel is also situated very close to the central part of town.
